Very truly I tell you, the one who believes has eternal life.
Modern science has made thought about heaven and eternal life difficult to imagine. In earlier times heaven was believed to be up there somewhere above the clouds. No one believes that any more. On the other hand I have found science fiction has a plausible idea.
Perhaps you may be like me a Star Trek fan. They had a series of plot lines that included a parallel universe. To tell the truth it was a bit difficult to suspend my disbelief at first. However, as I think of eternal life somewhere, a parallel universe makes some sense. So when my time comes “Beam me over Jesus!”
