January 20 Psalm 71:14
As for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more.
This is a beautiful and uplifting verse, filled with a sense of unwavering faith and gratitude. It speaks to the power of hope as a constant companion, no matter the circumstances, and the natural response of praise that flows from it. It also reflects a growing relationship with God—hope deepens, and praise increases over time. Perfect for personal reflection or as an encouragement to others.
Yesterday I was privileged to attend worship at Arkansas North Central Unit. The prison band was great, very worshipful. Sometimes the best worship is in the least likely places.
About 40 attended. The sermon by another volunteer Chaplin was inspiring and sharing communion was also very meaningful.
What unlikely places have you “praised Him more and more?”
