March 6  John 15:9

“As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love.”

Comment:

This verse is one of the most tender revelations of Christ’s heart. Jesus tells us that the very love shared between Him and the Father—the purest, most perfect love—now extends to us. It’s not a lesser love or a diluted version. It’s the same love. And the invitation is simple yet profound: abide. Remain. Dwell. Stay rooted in that love. This abiding is not just a feeling; it’s a daily relationship, a trust that holds on through all seasons. In a world where love often feels uncertain or conditional, Jesus offers a love that is eternal, secure, and transforming.

Devotional Question:

In what ways am I actively abiding in Christ’s love today—and what might I need to let go of in order to rest more fully in it

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, thank You for loving me with the same love the Father has for You. It’s a mystery too deep for words, yet I believe it. Help me to abide in that love—not just when life feels easy, but especially when it doesn’t. Teach me to trust Your heart and rest in Your grace. May Your love shape my thoughts, my actions. Amen.
