I’ve been taking pictures since I was only 10
My camera was a brownie with blue bulbs way back then
The only film was black and white twelve pictures to a roll
And Kodak was the brand I used the best so I was told
Later on I bought a Pentax SLR and it was great
With sev’ral kinds of lenses and sev’ral pounds of weight
The manual adjustments helped me take some better shots
But still I waited days and weeks to see what I had got
Snapping pictures is a hobby so much easier today
Our phones double as cam’ras that have so much to say
They tell the stories of our lives with selfies we think grand
Of pictures with our besties as we listen to a band
